Maple Ridge Life Style
Maple Ridge is a walk
into the grandeur of the past known as “Our Tulsa Town.” The
streets are a series of wonderful winding roads with pockets of
incredible landscaping. Family businesses and the families who
founded them were – Bama Pie, Oklahoma Tire and Supply, the
Tulsa Tribune, and the Tulsa World. The people who built these
institutions and the mansion in the area attribute to the warmth
that invites all new home owners to continue to enjoy the
elegance of the area.
Utica Square is one of
Tulsa’s most treasured attractions. The village-like design was
developed to be inviting to the customer without alienating
neighboring residents. This new concept was considered risky
but Utica Square opened on May 22, 1952 as Tulsa first suburban
shopping center.
Every Thursday
throughout the summer long Utica Square’s summer concert series
serves live music. There’s something different every Thursday
and best of all, it’s free. Pack a picnic or dine at one of the
great restaurants as you unwind to your favorite local bands.

Other Things To See And
Do:
PhilBrook Art Museum
Nestled in one of Tulsa's first
neighborhoods is an Italianate villa set in 23-acres of lush
gardens and tranquil grounds. Inside, the grandeur of Oklahoma's
oil-rich 1920s is preserved and showcased along with fine art
collections from around the globe. The dream of benefactors
Waite and Genevieve Phillips, to create an art center for Tulsa,
has established Philbrook as one of America's finest art
museums.
